I set up my appointment online and selected "drop my car off." When I arrived for my appointment which was to take about an hour and a half I was told that there were definitely no loaner cars available and that they were three weeks out with having any. Therefore, it would be nice if that option was removed from the website. The service itself was fine. I assume the car wash is still broken because that was not offered. I did appreciate the ease of scheduling my appointment online and will continue to do so if that is an option, but accurate info would be helpful. As an aside, I'm from Greenville and have bought cars from Steve White VW and had them serviced there for 25 years. Your service department is fine, but it sure is nice to have a complimentary wash when you leave. The maintenance itself was great and it was pretty prompt even though I had to sit and wait on my car.
