Andrew was a very helpful. He acknowledged my frustration concerning past visits and made sure the issues I had with my VW were addressed. My original advisor was not able to do that. I was also provided a loaner vehicle, which in the past I was impossible. I was thankful because I didn't have to sit and wait for hours. My recalls and repairs were fully completed. Before this visit I had been driving with tape holding my ev plug cover closed. It had been that was for months and I was told the needed part was not available. This is a new vehicle with a large monthly payment yet I had to drive with tape holding the flap closed for months! I was thrilled to pick up my car a few days later and see the flap was fixed and all of sticky tape had been removed. On top of that my car had been washed and looked amazing. Thank you Andrew for turning things around! I hope this level of service is maintained because this was my best experience with the service department in 2 years.

Andrew was quick with processing my car with the garage. Also, there was no up-sale issues presented to me this time. Although, I understand that certain issues may need to be addressed that weren't originally scheduled, I don't like this every time an oil change is done. Andrew was polite and extra attentive with all aspects of my service. A great customer service agent.
