    This was not our best experience. Rear View Mirror, passenger's mirror and driver mirror had troubles. It took a long time to get the cars diagnosed, then when we dropped the car, we again waited a while to hear back. Found out the driver mirror was defective and needed to bring back. Got in the car and adjusted the rear view mirror and a piece fell off. Was told it needed more time to cure. Had to bring it back a third time and needed the car no later than EOD the next day and was assured it would be done. Added that the right fog light indicator was on. After me placing several phone calls, I was told it wouldn't be available til next morning. Again, reiterated that I needed the car by EOD, was put on hold and then told it would be available by EOD. I tried calling several times to insure it was ready and could not get anyone to answer the phone and could not take the chance it would be ready, so I made other arrangements for that evening. Got the car the next day and the fog light indicator was still on. Mirrors are fixed though...

    My taos has been with the same problem for three months that I took it to the dealership and the problem persists because the Volkswagen autonation workers in Hilton Head tell us that they have to wait for a response from the factory to send the spare part and I've been waiting for 1 month, my car currently has 5,000 and the problem started when my car only had 2,000miles.

    Everything was great except the spare tire donut, the emergency roadside kit and first aid kit was not installed like they were when I bought. Y Tiguan 3 years ago,
