Sales person does not have the product knowledge/training. I ended up buying a car that lacks some features, due to misleading information from sales representative

Once at the dealership, Madelyn was delightful to work with. Trying to change my appointment online was, however, impossible. More work on your online appt hub is quite necessary! That being said, your waiting room is comfortable and user friendly. I wasn’t thrilled with the 2 hours it took to do a simple oil change, tire rotation job though so please try to book fewer cars if you’re understaffed.

Ease of on line appointments, clean facilities and good personnel. They update you on the status of your vehicle. I have never had a bad experience in over 7 years and have bought two cars and continue to use their service department.

out of town and my 20k service was due. Made apt,, was in an out in a little over two hours, not to bad. Friendly staff.
