I would like to provide feedback my wife took my VW Taos, to service and she had a not very pleasant experience which, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired. During her visit, she requested tire alignment, a coolant replacement, and a diagnostic check for warning lights that had appeared on my vehicle. However, the representative assisting her seemed distracted, as he was often on calls, making communication difficult. When I picked up my vehicle, I was simply asked to pay without being informed whether the warning lights were checked or if the coolant was replaced. The receipt only mentioned that tire alignment was performed. Upon entering the vehicle, the warning lights were still active, so she asked for clarification. She was told that she would need to schedule another appointment for the diagnostic. Additionally, no details were provided regarding the coolant, leaving her uncertain as to whether it was addressed at all. This experience has left me feeling unsatisfied and concerned about the state of my vehicle. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve your service standards.
