    I received service while completing the buy-out paperwork on my vehicle. Brian Jaen and Matt Thompson were very helpful and attentive to my questions. My brake pads/rotors were changed on a Saturday in record time. I secured an excellent financing plan. Very happy with the VW team.

    Primarily, I chose the highest possible rating, b/c your Service Advisor, Adam Baker, has the Experience, Professionalism and Human Dignity to make my service visit THE BEST EVER [in my Entire Life & I’m 63-Years Old!!]. The speed and thoroughness Adam (& your Garage Technician/s) brought to bear was nothing short of incredible..!!! Lastly, I must say that Adam truly deserves a pay raise. Thx for being the service care site I’ll always bring our VW Atlas SEL V6 Premium R-Line 4Motion Vehicle to..🇺🇸

    I brought the car in for an oil change, tuneup and have the rear hatch checked. I received a laundry list of items needing attention for 100,000 miles and no indication the hatch was checked at all. Was told later that they would need the car for multiple days to diagnose the hatch after quoting a price for shocks.
