3 stars or 2 frowns and one happy face. more than an hour and a half for an oil change. = frown :(. Oil or some kind of grease was splattered all over my windshield and wipers. And it doesn't look like windshield fluid was topped off. = frown :(. Was given an unsolicited 10% discount. which was very kind. = happy face. the front desk folks are always so friendly/helpful, and it is the reason I always return for various services. :).
