    Why 1 star? Believing I was coming in for an oil & filter change and a 30,000 miles maintenance, then being told I was sold a car that did not have a 30,000-maintenance package. But I was told when I purchased the car it came with a 40,000 warranty and a 10,20 & 30,000 maintenance package, also I was told I had to purchase 2 other coverages Dent protection & Appearance protection. I tried to file a claim but was told not covered. No reason was given why, also your people seemed to have NO interest in helping me resolve the issue with the car??????????????? I also told the person at the intake desk that the car seemed to be burning oil. When the car was returned, I ASKED if that found anything the answer keep an eye one. BS I had a multi-point check, I RECEIVED NO REPORT!!! DID I GET A MULTI-POINT CHECK?????????????? I believed that I had found my car dealership in SC. NOT ANYMORE, I WILL RETURN TO MY OLD DEALERSHIP IN NJ. I will return for my next oil change at 40,000 but that IS IT. Thank you, Thomas J Wade

    I purchased the Term Protection service for $1350 when I bought my new car. I noticed back in December that 3 of the service dates I had done on my car had items that should have been covered under this warranty. I was told to email VW customer service. They then told me to write to VW in Auburn Hills, MI. MI told me I would receive a refund the first week in Feb. That never happened. VW in Hardeville told me to contact Drive Easy Co, the company that sold VW the warranty. Again, they said I needed to notify them in 30 days. Every person I emailed or called since Dec at different VW locations never contacted me back. I had to follow up several times and this was now taking months. This should be in the VW system when you get your car serviced. How many other customers have not been reimbursed under this warranty? I went to the sales manager at VW Hardeville, he never answered my emails and calls. I went in person and then they said they would run a check in my car to see if there is any other covered services. Well, I got some new wiper blades. I feel it is a glitch in their system and was very disappointed. I felt I bought the warranty at VW, had my car serviced there on a regular basis and should have had these services THAT I PAID FOR, reimbursed. I would be hard pressed to buy or have a car serviced with VW Hardeville again.
